Tell us about your experience at Ladies of Lineage!
My experience at Ladies of Lineage was absolutely amazing! Anna, my stylist, made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She listened to everything I was looking for and pulled the most beautiful options. I only tried on about six dresses, but when I came back to my second dress and added the accessories, I knew it was the one! 🤍 I felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire appointment, and I’m so thankful to Anna and the Ladies of Lineage team for helping me find my dream dress and making the experience so special!
Tell us about your wedding!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We had the best team of people who brought our vision to life and captured so many special memories for us. We felt so comfortable throughout the entire day and never once worried about anything. Everyone took such great care of us, which allowed us to just be present and enjoy every second.
Our vision was classic, elegant, and romantic. We chose a soft blue color palette that felt personal to us and complemented the venue so beautifully. The venue itself was absolutely timeless and really spoke for itself, so we wanted to let it shine. We also included little details that were special to us, especially our two-year-old pug, Hank. He was incorporated throughout the wedding, including our bar setting, which was such a fun way to have a little piece of him there with us.
The weather ended up being so perfect for our outdoor ceremony. The rain held off just long enough for us to finish, and as soon as we were done, it started pouring! It honestly felt like the perfect timing, made the day even more memorable, and the knot harder to untie!
After the ceremony, we got to spend some time at cocktail hour with our guests, which I loved. We then snuck away for the most beautiful evening portrait session. During cocktail hour, I slipped out of my heels, put on my Golden Gooses, had my side bustle put up, and removed my arm piece for a second look. It was so much fun changing things up and getting to enjoy the rest of the night feeling comfortable and like myself.
Our reception was everything I could have hoped for!! We had a choreographed dance that was so beautiful and special, and the dance floor was completely packed all night long! Ashley, our planner, was incredible and made sure every single detail was exactly how we wanted it. She made all of the little things that were important to us feel just as important as the big ones.
Our getaway at the end of the night was the perfect finishing touch. We drove away in the most stunning Rolls-Royce surrounded by cold sparks and sparklers. We used Coats Classic Cars, and one of the things that made it even more special to us was knowing that their classic cars are driven by veterans and that the business gives back to a great cause. Our driver was also so kind and personable, and he made the whole experience feel so special. It truly was the best day ever!! Every part of it felt so personal, so fun, and so perfectly us!
