Client Relations Concierge

The Client Relations Concierge is the heartbeat of the Ladies of Lineage client experience. This role is responsible for guiding the bride’s journey from first inquiry through gown arrival, while creating a welcoming, polished, and emotionally thoughtful showroom experience. The Concierge ensures every interaction with Ladies of Lineage feels seamless, personal, and elevated. This is not simply a front desk position. It is a hospitality-driven, relationship-focused role that requires warmth, organization, attention to detail, and a genuine love for people and celebration.

ABOUT LADIES OF LINEAGE

Ladies of Lineage is a luxury bridal showroom located in Charlotte’s Phillips Place, representing internationally renowned designers including Mira Zwillinger, Danielle Frankel, Dana Harel, Lihi Hod, Sassi Holford, Suzanne Neville, Mark Ingram, and Amsale Couture. Our showroom is built on intentional hospitality, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a curated, high-touch bridal experience. Every bride who walks through our doors should feel anticipated, celebrated, and completely understood. We believe the moment a bride reaches out is the beginning of a relationship. Our brides become part of our Lineage, and we remain connected to them long after they say yes to their gown. We are seeking a Client Relations Concierge to serve as both the first and lasting impression of our brand.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Experience & Hospitality

• Serve as the welcoming presence and first point of contact for all showroom guests

• Greet brides by name and set the tone for a warm, celebratory appointment experience

• Manage beverage service and guest hospitality throughout appointments

• Anticipate client needs and ensure every guest feels comfortable and cared for

• Uphold and reinforce showroom policies with grace and professionalism

• Maintain the calm, polished atmosphere that defines the Ladies of Lineage experience

 

APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

• Confirm appointments in advance and ensure brides are prepared for their visit

• Review bride intake forms and communicate preferences or important details to stylists

• Prepare personalized welcome materials for each appointment

• Ensure appointment spaces are pristine, organized, and ready for guests

• Monitor Bridal Live for schedule accuracy and flow

 

SALES & STYLIST SUPPORT

• Prepare contracts and payment materials for bridal purchases

• Process transactions accurately through Bridal Live POS

• Schedule alterations and follow-up appointments

• Assist stylists during appointments by pulling accessories or supporting client needs

• Help ensure smooth transitions between appointments and maintain showroom flow

 

POST-PURCHASE CLIENT CARE

• Notify brides when their gowns arrive and coordinate pickup appointments

• Send thoughtful follow-up communication after key milestones

• Encourage and track client reviews and testimonials

• Maintain ongoing communication with brides leading up to their wedding day

• Help nurture lasting relationships with Ladies of Lineage brides

 

SHOWROOM OPERATIONS

• Answer phones and manage general showroom inquiries

• Maintain front-of-house presentation and organization standards

• Monitor inventory of hospitality and showroom supplies

• Assist with in-store events, designer trunk shows, and showroom activations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in hospitality, luxury retail, event coordination, or client services preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Polished, professional presentation

• Emotionally intuitive and comfortable working with clients during meaningful moments

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

• Proficient in basic technology systems (CRM or POS experience a plus)
