Part Time Bridal Stylist

Are you passionate about high-end fashion and interested in helping brides find and style their perfect wedding gown? Ladies of Lineage bridal boutique is seeking a part-time Bridal Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of personal style and a track record of success in a retail setting or sales position. As a stylist, you'll guide brides through our curated collection with expertise, select gowns based on each bride’s unique vision and style, while building relationships with the bride and her guests alike.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • As a stylist, you will: Work in one-on-one settings with our brides to provide the best possible shopping experience while completing their head-to-toe look.
  • As a listener, you will: Pull gowns based on bride’s individual wedding day vision and personal style, while offering expert recommendations that may take bride's outside their comfort zone, but result in confidence boosters or yes moments.

 

Overview:

  • As a coterie, you will: Nurture each bride’s guests on the couch by including them in thoughtful conversation, while always remaining your bride’s advocate and champion.

  • As a sales representative, you will: Follow-up and guide the bride through our sales processes every step of the way, assuring an unparalleled bridal experience

  • As a go-getter, you will: Maintain personal client list, follow-ups, and thank you notes.

  • As a competitive individual, you will: Close sales on a consistent basis.

  • As a team player, you will: Assist with gown pick-ups or accessory styling appointments for bride’s who have already purchased their gown and need finishing touches.

  • As a jack-of-all-trades, you will: Perform various tasks (steaming, light cleaning, tagging dresses, team projects, etc.)

  • As a retail employee: Saturday availability is required (part-time stylists will not be required every Saturday of the month, but must be free a minimum of 2 Saturdays)

  • As for physical requirements: Must be able to stand, squat, bend and move at least 80% of the time. Required to lift up to 20 pounds.

    Job type: Part-Time Opportunities - Saturday availability is required

    Pay: Hourly base with incentivizing commission structure
